New Arrival - Eight Degrees IPA

Eight Degrees is an award-winning Irish craft brewery from Mitchelstown, County Cork and is renowned for its innovation and experimentation. The brewery was first established in 2010 by Kiwi Scott and Aussie Cam, who moved from the Southern Hemisphere after being lured to Ireland by two Irish cailins.

Eight Degrees Seisiun
Woven deep into the fabric of Irish society is the seis un, an informal coming together of people in a pub - over a beer - to play music, tell stories and enjoy each other’s company. For the best kind of seis un, you need a beer that’s not too high in alcohol. With lots of aromatic hops, this Seis un IPA is a crisp and refreshing sessionable sipper.

Eight Degrees Full Irish
This IPA is brewed using 100% Irish malt and showcases the best home-grown barley, malted in Cork. It’s a hoppy fruit bomb with hints of lime, melon and lychee, a biscuity malt base and a rounded bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Eight Degrees Citra
Citra, with its fruity, juicy aroma, and fIavour, is one of our favorite hops. To showcase it, we’ve used a simple, yet elegant, malt body which puts Citra’s fabulous tropical fIavours on display: think ripe lychee, passion fruit and guava. Sweet and tart, with a gloriously juicy mouthfeel.

Eight Degrees Howling Gale
Like blitzing down the Ballyhouras on a bike with an icy wind in your face, this pale ale delivers a refreshing crisp smack around the gills. With a pleasant grapefruit citrus aromas from Cascade and Simcoe hops, it is a great match with spicy or fried food. Try with fish and chips, smoked salmon, or anything off the barbecue.
