West Cork Irish Whiskey  is produced , distilled, matured and bottled onsite at West Cork Distillers and sells in over 70 countries worldwide. Each bottle is Triple Distilled, non-chill filtered and carefully crafted using the finest local ingredients.
It has often been said that "West Cork Distillers is a place built and run by the people, for the people". Formed in 2003 by childhood friends, John O'Connell, Ger McCarthy and Denis McCarthy, distilling began in a room at the back of Denis' house in Union Hall with two small stills.
