This wine has a great shine and a pale yellow colour, it's a white with character. On the nose, a few dance steps with the glass reveal its intensity. Yellow-fleshed, rounded fruit accompanies the coconut notes on a bed of caramel. The palate is just as appetising with its candied fruit, with a roasted air.
