It’s about the West coast of Ireland and their unique relationship with the sea. It’s about all those with the need to explore.
They believe in the power of exploration, that we must continue to make it better and that we’re connected in what we do. The Sailor’s Home, founded with noble intentions in 1856, was never used for its original purpose. Due to racism, fears and distrust, its opening was delayed and many potential positive uses for the building were scuppered. The Sailor’s Home Company stands for tolerance, diversity, positive change and respect for others.

A first release of the unique Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey style - triple pot distilled, a mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats. They journeyed East and West to select Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks to mature this special spirit to perfection reflecting centuries of trade from Spain through Limerick and on to the New World.

Aging Irish whiskey first in Virgin American oak, then recasking into American Bourbon barrels. Bringing this together with malt Irish whiskey matured in American Bourbon and finished in Jamaican Rum casks, adding tropical fruits and rum notes.
