Harvest & Wine making: Harvest is carried out by machine at the early hours of the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes, which then go directly into the press. This allows them to optimise the temperature to obtain perfect extraction and natural colour.
Blend: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle and Merlot.
Colour: Pale. rose petal pink.
Nose: Notes of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry).
Palate: Fresh and very smooth with red fruit on the finish.
