Cubby Broccoli one of the producers of the James Bond saga and Christian Bizot the General manager of the Bollinger winery at that time. It is born a great friendship: a normal consequence for those men who share the excellence, the character, and the elegance. From that moment the Champagne Bollinger becomes the James Bond Champagne the key element for the seduction of a woman and symbol of the detail of the “British” spirit. The bottle is offered with a special box in metal which is able to maintain the freshness of the Champagne for at least 2 hours.

The sensations are the one of exceptional champagne. It has a gold color, classic, and enriched by amber reflections given by the long aging. The smell has remarkable ripen fruit aromas such as quince and honey. There are also some warmer aromas such as the toasted dry fruit, the cacao, the star anise, and the nutmeg. The taste is rich, powerful, and well balanced with persistent aromas. It is rightly mineral and lightly sapid very pleasant and easy to drink.
