Beni Di Batasiolo ,
An elegant sparkling wine with a straw yellow colour and fine perlage. It expresses intense and harmonic aromas and tastes.
Wine with straw yellow hues, clear and bright. Perlage is very fine and persistent. Very intense aromatic expression with hints of yeast, bread crust, herbs, acacia flowers and honey. Wide and harmonic palate, very persistent nose notes. Certainly, a classical sparkling wine with a great pedigree.
Delightful with appetizers and desserts. Its body makes it the ideal all-round accompaniment from entrées to cheeses, pasta, fish, white meat, feathered game and barbecued meats.
