Wines produced with the Parellada varietal, grown on the slopes of the Upper Penedes region, are distilled twice in traditional copper stills to obtain aromatic "holandas" or distillates. These fine spirits are aged for years in Limousin oak barrels, developing their aromas and their noble palate.
