This iconic Redbreast expression is initially matured in a combination of ex-American whiskey casks and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, creating its signature depth and complexity. It is then finished for 16 months in Moscatel wine casks from Bodegas Quitapenas in Málaga, Spain. The influence of these Moscatel casks imparts vibrant notes of tangerine, orange blossom, panettone, and warming nutmeg.
