2012 Serafino Terremoro Syrah.

The grapes are sourced from the highly prized Terremoto vineyard which is 85m above sea-level and is located on the western side of the McLaren Vale Township. The soils are red loam over limestone and have a north-westerly aspect. Matured in new, 1 and 2 year old French and American oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled.
