Ropiteau is based in the old Hospice cellars in Mersault for the last century and a half. Ropiteau has been part of Burgundy's dynamic Boisset Group since 1994 and Ropiteau's cellars are situated in the heart of Mersault, the world acclaimed village in Burgundy.

This 2009 vintage has a beautiful silky texture with ripe raspberry and vanilla spice aromas.

It has a sweet rich fruit extraction with an elegant finish.

Personally I prefer this wine slightly chilled.
