52% Shiraz/48% Cab Sauv - classic McClaren Vale. Huge minty oak on the nose. Really well-drilled tannins coat the mouth, but in an extremely pleasurable fashion. Massive dark fruits, savoury flashes of jamon. 15% but not unbalanced given the intensity of fruit (and plentiful oak).
