Cabernet Sauvignon is often referred to as the ‘King of Red Grapes’ and we think it deserves its royal status.

The result of two grape varieties Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon has thrived all over the world and in particular in hotspots such as California, South Africa and Chile. Our version from Chile’s Central Valley packs a real flavour punch with rich, juicy fruit flavours.

Chilean Cabernet is a bit of a fruit bomb and this one is no exception, with lots of bright blackcurrant fruit and a hint of spice. Food wise, you’d expect this to go down a storm with any red meat of a barbecued kind. And you wouldn’t be wrong. But give it a try with roasted or grilled aubergines or mushrooms and plenty of garlic and you won’t be disappointed.
