Marques de Riscal Reserva, Rioja DOCa, Spain. 

Marques de Riscal is made with the varieties Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo from vines over 15 years old. The picking is made by hand and it is aged for 26 months in American-Oak barrels. Its got a balsamic aroma with notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth its fresh, light, and persistent with soft and round tannins. This wine matches with ham, mature cheeses, stew with not very spicy sauces, cooked or boiled legumes, red meat all kind of roast and grilled meats.

Serve between 16-18 degrees C.
