Bright gold in colour with an armonatic nose. A vibrant wine with aromas of citrus, ripe pear, peach and orange blossom. the palate is clean and rich with a pleasing mineral complexity and a long finish. Pecorino is an Italian heirloom varietal that you dont see very often. This grape naturally produces very low yeilds which makes it fairly unprofitable for growers, but quite delicious for those drinking wine made from it.
