 Medium intensity ruby, with a vibrant purple hue. The aroma displays attractive ripe blackcurrant with a leafy herbal lift, and underlying subtle spice and anise. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with flavours of blackcurrant, cassis, and ripe berries. The wine finishes with a hint of mint, and pepper. The fine, ripe tannins create a wine that is well structured, approachable and balanced, expressing true varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy with red meat dishes such as beef fillet or roast lamb.
