The 2010 Cognac Cask is a limited-edition rare 53.8% ABV cask strength,
non chill-filtered single malt Irish whiskey.
Distilled in 2010, it spent over seven years maturing in oloroso sherry butts
and bourbon barrels, before being finished in ancient cognac casks from the
Charente region in France for a further five years.
