In line with the Method and Madness theme, this is no straight forward American Bourbon cask matured single grain whiskey, after maturing in ex-Bourbon barrels to achieve a light, perfumed flavour on the grain whiskey, it was then uniquely finished for around 12 months in toasted, virgin Spanish sherry oak casks from Galicia in North West Spain.
