Pascal Bouchard is a family producer owning a beautiful estate of 33 hectares of vines in Chablis. All viticulture is rigorous and respectful towards the environment. The wines are vinified and matured in the family's cellars in Chablis, in the heart of the vineyards. This wine was made with care and passion. Bonne degustation!

A wine crafted from grapes of specific locations and matured for nine months in 100% stainless steel in order to preserve all its freshness and natural minerality.
