2018 Bodegas Garzon Albarino Reserve

This Albariño is of a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and fruity aromas reminding of peach; balanced with citric notes. It is fresh and mineral with a marked acidity and a long and rounded aftertaste in the mouth.

Excellent pairings for this wine are cod with cockles, citrus prawn salad, or traditional grilled seafood with a warm mango salad and beans. It is delightfully well suited to Asian and Perwain cuisine, ceviche, tor a fresh tuna salad.

Its ripening time takes place between 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.
