Villa Maria Private Bin Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon from the Hawkes Bay region displays ripe, dark cherry and cassis fruits with cedar and biscuity oak undertones.
It is full and rich with fine grain tannins and makes a fine partner to barbequed red meats or a rich, full-flavoured venison casserole.
