Our standard delivery charge to anywhere in Northern Ireland is £6.99, for the rest of the UK it is £9.99 and for the Republic of Ireland it is £7.99. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday).
When will my products be delivered?
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, please contact Customer care by emailing Kennyb@homedeliverywine.com
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way. If you are out, the delivery driver may be able to leave your order for you in a safe place, if it is not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the product or its packaging. If this is not possible, the delivery driver will attempt delivery to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.
For most wine deliveries, a signature will be required.
Can I change or cancel an order once I have checked out?

Returns, replacements and exchanges
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Our delivery person will verify the safe delivery of your product, damages after this time cannot be accepted by the company.
